I shall be leaving soon to the depths of Dartmoor to the beautiful Balabrook for 4 days of intensive training as part of my post-graduate teacher training and yoga therapy course. I feel blessed to be given this opportunity. As I drive south I shall be leaving behind: family routines and the most amazing cuddles, Yoga classes and lovely loyal students, dog walking in windy wet weather, muddy boots and clothes and the Bonfire night at the Meadows, a beautiful community fest, one of our favourite celebrations of the year. I shall be there in spirit, whilst my body and mind will be focused and cheerfully singing and drumming to Kirtans and Bhajans on the Saturday evening event at Balabrook.
