Breathing Yoga is about enhancing self-awareness, creating space and stillness in mind, body and spirit
through Yoga asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation.
In our classes you’ll be encouraged to experience Yoga holistically. Not just physically. You will be
encouraged to listen to and follow, your inner natural rhythm, always being mindful of your physical
and emotional needs and limitations in each moment, in each practice.
No experience or flexibility is required to join any of my classes, you will have space and time to
develop those in your own timing. I truly believe that Yoga is for anyone who is willing to experience
it. We welcome diversity here.
The environment I aim to create is always welcoming, supportive, gentle, non-judgmental and non-
competitive. I hope that this environment will support you in gathering the tools you need to find
your unique path. Be prepared to to feel more aware, energized, stronger and in-tune ( with your
own self, others and your environment ), at peace and centered in the present moment.
My teaching is holistic and eclectic as it’s inspired by the core teachings of the Devon School of Yoga (
Duncan Hulin ).
Please bring with you: your own mat (if you do not have your own please don’t worry, we have
plenty of spares to share!), a blanket, comfortable clothing and an open heart.
“We have what we seek. It is there all the time, and if we give it time it will make itself known to us.”
