Breathing Yoga is all about enhancing awareness, creating space and finding stillness in the mind, the body and the spirit, through the practices of Yoga asana, pranayama and meditation.
To ALL of you coming for regular Yoga classes in The Yoga Barn the next couple of weeks: please bring a cut of fabric or a ribbon (as many as you would like!) with a wish, a resolution, an intent and/or a prayer, to hang on our collectively hand-made Christmas tree.
