This workshop is to acknowledge we live in a time where Whale Medicine is required to discern, feel and integrate into our everyday life and world.
It’s being offered to invite you to continue your sacred journey of coming home to you by inspiring you to feel and remember your inner song.
This is an experimental day.
You will find from opening to closing of the day through simple ritual, respect for Self, Others and being of presence in the moment – like the Whale always conscious – involved with the following:-
– Cleansing, Energising Ritual
– Gratitude, Compassion and Love
– Simple techniques to introduce Whale Energy
– Group and Individual meditation with the large Whale Vertebra.
– to discern personally the whale energy
– discuss how to integrate and use this beautiful medicine of whale in everyday life.
– to produce a whale essence for everyone to take home and use.
– Usage of crystals to aid.
*** At the end of the day weather permitting, an additional optional extra is to take a walk to Morte point and sit with the Whale Energy that is present there. ***
