Once you are warm and cosy we will connect with the full moon energy whilst listening to the singing bowls and gongs.
The sounds will take you on your own magical dreamy journey 🙂
Please bring a yoga mat/bedding for your comfort plus a pillow & blanket to keep you warm.
This session will last for 1 hour starting at 7pm and costs £10.
You are welcome to arrive from 6.45 to give yourself time to get comfortable.
