You are all warmly invited to join us in this new year’s six-week Breathing Yoga term with Alex Giffoni, here at The Yoga Barn in North Devon. Our regular classes resume on January 7th. Please check our weekly schedule below and get in touch to find out a little more and to book your place.
Tuesdays ( 7/01, 14/01, 21/01, 28/01, 4/02 and 11/02 )
C A L M Yoga (new group) – 5 pm – 6.15 pm
Breathe and Flow – 7 pm – 8.15 pm
Thursdays ( 9/01, 16/01, 23/01, 30/01, 6/02 and 13/02 )
Gentle Flow – 10 am – 11.15 am
Breathe and Flow – 6.30 pm – 7.45 pm
‘Drop-in’ spaces are also available in each session if you are not able to attend all sessions in the term. Please note that once you have booked the six-week term you are most welcome to attend any of the regular sessions offered within that term.
We also private one-to-one Yoga and meditation sessions to suit your personal needs and schedule.
