Open your heart and mind, and gather with us on the 2nd March Full Moon

We will sit comfortably together in the company of friends for a guided meditation, followed by space for silence and stillness
.
After mediation, we will lie down and prepare for a deeply nourishing and relaxing Sound Healing experience with experienced, intuitive practitioner and musician Susan Northrop
.
In Susan’s words: Sound Healing is the therapeutic application of sound, with the use of voice, toning and other sacred instruments, to help the body correct itself from any imbalance
.
Sound Healing works on a physical, emotional and spiritual level
.

No experience at all is needed to attend this inclusive gathering

Please bring with you a mat, if possible, a soft blanket and a cushion (or a pillow)
