In the June Full Moon we will be getting together to celebrate and honour the power of nature`s cycles in our lives and within ourselves. This month we would like to invite you to dance with us! What better way to celebrate?
We will begin our gathering with some mindful and gentle awakening movements, conscious breathing and mantra with Alex, followed by Josie who will slowly lead us into her Ecstatic Awakening dance (“A transformative movement and dance that allows you to release and transform energy. An environment to really dance yourself into being.”).
