In this longer practice we will explore lying down, sitting and standing twists to awaken and re-vitalize the spine and the subtle energy centres (Chakras) and central channels (Nadis), located along it.
This exploration will not only reconnect you with the very centre of your physical and energetic bodies ( your spinal column), leaving you both deeply energized and centred, but will also give your digestive system a powerful boost.
We will also have time for a deeper relaxation experience and a short meditative practice.
After the Maha (sanskrit for ‘great’, ‘big’, ‘long’, ‘full’) Yoga practice, we will sit together to share experiences and a hearty made -with-love soup.
Please bring a mat and a blanket.
