Hi!! It’s been a long summer break from The Yoga Barn Gong Bath so I’m really looking forward to being back at this very lovely venue.
The converted barn is comfortable & quiet, ideal for a relaxing gong bath meditation!
Feel free to arrive from 18.45 for a 19.00 start.
Please bring a comfortable mat, blanket & pillow to keep you warm during the hour of meditation.
We will start by connecting with mother earth and the full moon and then immerse our minds, bodies & souls in the powerful sound waves of the gongs and singing bowls.
