The Gong is a powerful healing tool, all you need to do is relax and let the sounds take you on your own dreamy journey.
Feel free to arrive from 18.45 for a 19.00 start. Please bring a comfortable mat, blanket & pillow to keep you warm during the hour of meditation.
We will start by connecting with mother earth and the full moon and then emerse our minds, bodies & souls in the powerful sound waves of the gongs and singing bowls.
The cost of this session is £10 in advance or £12 on the night.
