  • Breathing techniques (Pranayama) to focus the mind and improve breathing capacity
  • Posture work (Asana) to promote: vibrant health, core strength, flexibility, stability,
  • and inner harmony when reconnecting with nature and its flow
  • Meditation (Dhyana) to still the mind
  • Not only for surfers! All are welcome!

Please bring a mat, comfortable clothing and a blanket. Refreshments, biscuits and potential for a good giggle are provided
