I am so excited about teaching my first adult class in our newly- converted Yoga Barn on the 2nd November from 7pm to 8.30pm.
Alan Godsmark our building, carpentry, plumbing master and dear friend, has been working until the late hours getting everything finished for Tuesday!
What a blessing to have Alan and his amazing caring hands and positive thinking imprinted in the very core of this special space.
