Reiki is not attached to any religion though it is spiritual in nature. Reiki can be translated as Universal Life Force Energy, which flows and emanates through everything – the attunements can be likened to our bodies being tuned into a particular radio station to receive and act as a channel. One of the key elements to Reiki at which ever level is the aspect of Self Healing, & Self Growth.
